Do you need advice on your order, your account or how to return an item? We've tried to answer all your questions on this page.
I have not received my item - email our customer services team giving details of your order number and the goods that you purchased. customerservice@electroxpress.com
I want to return an item - consult our comprehensive Returns Policy before attempting to return any goods to us.
I want to cancel an order - By law you have the right to cancel any order within seven days of the day after the item is delivered to you. Therefore, you can cancel your order up to 7 days after the receipt of your order and your statutory rights will not be affected. Please consult our "Cooling Off Period" information on the Returns Policy page.
If you have forgotten your password we can automatically send you a reminder, click here to go to the user logon page and request a password reminder.
Enter the email address you use to log-on to the ElectroXpress site in the email address box and click on the 'click here' link at the bottom of the login section, where it explains that your password will be sent to you via email.
