These terms and conditions set out the full extent of any agreement between you and ElectroXpress. By placing an order with us you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions set out below.

Contract for the Supply of Goods

No contract for the supply of goods will subsist unless and until an email is sent by ElectroXpress to you confirming that your order has been shipped (this does not include our order receipt email). This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by ElectroXpress and is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.

ElectroXpress are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance.

Non-book items priced less than £18.00 may be fulfilled by ElectroXpress based on stock availability. This will be confirmed on the order confirmation email. Delivery from ElectroXpress is still by Royal Mail First Class Post and takes on average 3 to 4 days.

Payment

ElectroXpress accepts payment by credit or debit cards including VISA Electron.

Your card will not be charged until your order is dispatched.

Our Prices

All prices listed on the site include VAT (where appropriate). Postage and packing fees vary according to delivery location. This will be displayed on checkout and varies dependent on the goods ordered.

At our discretion larger parcels may be sent by courier.

Availability

In the case where goods are out of stock at ElectroXpress and at our suppliers, you will be notified by email of the expected delivery date.

Product availability is subject to change without notice.

Postage and Packing Charges

ElectroXpress ships to the following countries. The cost of postage will be shown at the checkout stage.

Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Falkland Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UAE, United Kingdom, USA, Vatican City.

Delivery Times

Orders fulfilled by ElectroXpress and shipped to UK addresses typically arrive within 1-3 days. Please allow 14 days before enquiring about lost or missing items.

Orders shipped to European addresses typically arrive within 5-7 days. Please allow 21 days before enquiring about lost or missing items.

Allow 6 weeks for deliveries to BFPO addresses.

Please allow additional time for your orders to arrive over the bank holiday weekends. We suggest allowing an additional 2-3 days for your packages to arrive to allow for delays within the mail.

It is up to you to make sure that your address details are entered correctly and accurately. We cannot be responsible for delivery problems caused by inadequate address details.

Customs Charges

NO customs charges are payable for items shipped to UK, Channel Islands or BFPO addresses.

Some items under £18 are shipped from Jersey and, in some countries, may be subject to additional charges for import duties and taxes. Customs requirements vary from country to country and it is your responsibility to contact your local customs office for accurate information. ElectroXpress is not responsible for these additional charges.

Cancellation

You may cancel your order online at any time prior to your order being processed.

Where you have already received the goods, you may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing any time up to seven days after receiving the delivery. Goods are to be returned to us unopened together with the original invoice. ElectroXpress will then refund you the purchase price of the goods.

ElectroXpress will not be liable for shipping costs if an item is returned unwanted.

Returns

What is most important to us is that shopping with ElectroXpress is a simple, "fuss-free", process.

We are happy to accept returns of unwanted, faulty or damaged items. Please see our Returns Policy

Children

ElectroXpress does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use ElectroXpress only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Privacy

ElectroXpress retains a certain level of information about our customers in order that we can process orders you place with us and provide you with a convenient service when you return to our site. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

The information you provide when registering will not be sold, lent or otherwise disseminated beyond ElectroXpress, and we make every effort to secure any data we hold.

Credit card details are entered into our secure server using SSL technology, and are then stored on an off-line server.

Please contact us by email or by telephone if you wish to remove your account from our system completely.
